That's what not being consistent will do for you. Of course it doesn't help that we have crawly horrible grass everywhere.

Thanks for the tips. Now I'm off to try to reclaim a little of my flower bed.

-Abby@sweetbabboohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15414489876832313768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584545306338199398.post-72696689503940939992009-06-10T07:43:08.087-07:002009-06-10T07:43:08.087-07:00amen to the damp soil!
I am selective in weeding...amen to the damp soil!
I am selective in weeding too--you can't get them all no matter HOW hard you try!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584545306338199398.post-36351461257336248912009-06-09T15:21:05.588-07:002009-06-09T15:21:05.588-07:00I do organic gardening also. I was thinking about doing a blog post this week on my 'natural' remedies for keeping bugs and bunnies and weeds away. I don't wear gloves unless I am dealing with thistles or other sharp things. I get weird looks from the manicurist if I go in to get my nails or toenails done. Ughh...the spider bite thing gives me chills. I have never gotten one of those (knock on wood).GardenMomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10583373530917618835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584545306338199398.post-60753673950081501172009-06-09T12:22:45.845-07:002009-06-09T12:22:45.845-07:00Ouch!

But now, when weeding, I definitely wear the gloves.

Maybe you could just tape a glove to your ears? That would be stunning, don't you think? :D

- JuliaMidwest Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10095161837187839812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-584545306338199398.post-46711617874998691232009-06-09T12:07:55.287-07:002009-06-09T12:07:55.287-07:00I'm not of the garden glove wearing variety ei...I'm not of the garden glove wearing variety either, it's nice to know I'm not the only one sporting a little dirt under the nails now and again... however I may need to wear a face net soon though as I am currently sporting a spider bite behind my ear..News From Our Nesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04086025989606702333noreply@blogger.com
